Refund Policy:

Because this service requires individual appointments for training, it is difficult to reschedule a missed appointment.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund if an appointment is missed.  Our best solution is to try to reschedule a missed appointment, however there is no guarantee for this.  The best solution is to make your scheduled lesson and to be on time. 

There will be no refunds given for purchased packages, however they are assignable to another athlete if necessary.
